There is no doubt that organizing conferences, events, and seminars requires efforts, arrangements, and advance plans, especially if this conference or that symposium has had previous successes in previous editions. This puts the organizers in front of great challenges to continue this success and provide the best in the current edition, and all of these factors increase with difficulty. If this event is being held at the international level, this matter specifically requires precision in all aspects, anticipating the unexpected, and developing quick plans to avoid any surprises that may occur before, during, and even after that event.

All of this is one of the rules and mechanisms of success, and all of these rules were presented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its employees and youth, who are young people and sons of the country of both sexes. They presented to us a clear picture of the Bahraini youth who is capable of assuming responsibility whenever it is entrusted to him, even if the event is exceptional and on a global level. The wisdom here is in granting that trust by those in charge of organizing and preparing the Manama Dialogue at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the youth group, this group that was on time, and succeeded brilliantly in assuming responsibility on the one hand, and presenting the true reality. The ability and capabilities of the people of the country to withstand pressure and continuous work.

The Manama Dialogue in its twentieth edition, which was hosted by the Kingdom during the period from the sixth to the eighth of this month of December, witnessed a remarkable presence by many national leaders, high-level figures, ministers, politicians and decision-makers, and through it the most pressing challenges in foreign policy, defense and security were discussed. The Middle East is considered a unique model of the Kingdom’s ability to organize and host global events with efficiency and competence, especially in light of the security and safety it enjoys and a qualified infrastructure for such events. International forums, at the same time, reflect the remarkable development in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of our dear country, in terms of organization and professional and advanced preparation for this edition, in addition to its reliance on the nation’s youth in this forum.

We will certainly not ignore the roles provided by the state’s institutions, sectors, and crews in various fields and specializations. Preparation for this event was in accordance with ambition and with a great deal of readiness.

In short, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs achieved the full mark in this forum, demonstrated its ability to be ready at any time and at all times, and presented to us part of its belief in youth and their ability to succeed in any challenge through which the national flag is raised flying high.
