The President of the Arab Tourism Organization praises the UAE pavilion at the exhibition "Our heritage"

Cairo, December 16 / WAM / Dr. Bandar bin Fahd Al Fahid, President of the Arab Tourism Organization, praised the Emirati pavilion participating in the “Our Heritage” exhibition for handicrafts and heritage products in its sixth session, which is currently held at the Egypt International Exhibition Center in Cairo, and which includes exhibits that contain a mixture of the past. And the present, handmade and heritage products with cultural and social symbolism, embodying the cultural and historical heritage of the UAE.

The President of the Arab Tourism Organization confirmed, during his visit yesterday to the State Pavilion, represented by the Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Enterprise Development and the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, that the successes achieved by the UAE Pavilion at the exhibition would not have been achieved without the support of the wise leadership in the UAE in general, and His Highness Sheikh Saud. Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah in particular, for this sector.

He pointed out that there is a plan that was agreed upon with the organizers of the exhibition, which is the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority, to hold the exhibition periodically every year in one of the countries that participate in it.

For his part, His Excellency Yousef Ismail, Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Enterprise Development, First Vice President of the Ras Al Khaimah Chamber of Commerce, and Head of the Emirati delegation welcomed the President of the Arab Tourism Organization, pointing out that the Emirati pavilion is unique in displaying many heritage products and handicrafts, in addition to what it offers. The Emirati Folk Band, Al-Mazyoud Heritage Military Band, a heritage demonstration and distinguished performances of popular arts that emulate the past, heritage and culture of the UAE, in front of the pavilion. Emirati and on the main stage in the exhibition square, which attracted thousands of exhibition audience.
