The launch of the activities of the National Future Generations Winter Program in Al Ain

Al Ain, December 17 / WAM / The activities of the Future Generations National Winter Program 24 were launched yesterday under the slogan “We made… we planted… a sustainable culture” within the “Zayed’s Legacy” project, targeting age groups from 5 to 16 years and will continue until December 31 at the institutions’ headquarters. In Al Muwaiji in the city of Al Ain, under the patronage and guidance of Sheikha Dr. Shamma Mohammed Khaled Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions.
The events include many empowering, training and entertainment programs that meet the needs of the target group with the aim of activating projects and programs that enhance and support the UAE’s strategy.
Sheikha Dr. Shamma Mohammed Khaled Al Nahyan said, on this occasion, that after a semester full of science, knowledge and success, the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center opens its doors to receive our children in the National Future Generations Winter Program 24 with the aim of renewing the activity and vitality of their innocent minds and souls, through activities. Exhilarating, combining knowledge, discovery, and honing talents.
The program highlights the national program “The Legacy of Zayed and Rashid” through heritage activities that enhance the national identity and the Emirati heritage in the “Zayed Legacy Village,” in addition to implementing environmental activities carried out by the Shamma Mohammed Environmental Education Program team under the slogan “Eternally Green and Blue” through the “Al-Ajyal Environmental Club.” .
In the field of the cultural and reading axis, the halls of the Future Generations Library were equipped with all resources. Reading activities and workshops will be implemented through Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan’s reading program, “Sprouts of Knowledge, Crown of Knowledge, Emirates of Knowledge, and Generations of Knowledge.”
The program includes rich sports, entertainment, and various Emirati and international arts activities, and specialized trips that achieve sustainable development goals will be undertaken inside and outside the city of Al Ain.
The program will host prominent national figures and visitors from the emirates of the country, and will include a day for sports, health, crafts, arts and peoples’ cultures, in addition to commemorating the International Day of the Arabic Language and celebrating the arrival of the new year 2025.
