Al Tawiyin area in Fujairah recorded the highest rainfall with 47.9 mm

Fujairah, 27 March / WAM / The Emirate of Fujairah witnessed scattered amounts of rain with the passage of the low air condition that the country is witnessing during the current period, and the Al Tawiyin region of the emirate recorded the highest amount of rain in the country on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

The National Center of Meteorology stated that the Al Tawiyin area in the Emirate of Fujairah topped the list of the highest amounts of rain recorded at 47.9 mm, followed by the Al Marjan area in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah with 39.7 mm, then the city of Khor Fakkan in the Emirate of Sharjah with 33.3 mm, while the Khatm Al Shakla area in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi recorded 31.6 mm.

The weather condition caused a drop in temperatures and the flow of some reefs in the mountainous areas, amid continuous calls from the concerned authorities for the need to exercise caution and stay away from valley streams to ensure the safety of everyone during these weather fluctuations that the depression is witnessing in various parts of the country.
