The Central Bank of Bahrain reduces the overnight interest rate by 25 basis points

The Central Bank of Bahrain announced a reduction in the interest rate on overnight deposits by 25 basis points from 5.25% to 5.00%, effective December 19, 2024.

This decision comes within the measures taken by the bank to achieve monetary and financial stability in the Kingdom of Bahrain in light of the developments taking place in the international financial markets.
