Dubai International Airport is expected to be used by about 296,000 passengers tomorrow, Friday, December 20, making it the busiest day this December, coinciding with the start of the winter holiday season.

According to Dubai Airports, the number of passengers at Dubai International Airport is expected to reach more than 5.2 million passengers during the period from 13 to 31 December, and the airport expects that the daily average number of passengers will reach 274 thousand passengers during this period.

The increase in passenger traffic this season reflects Dubai’s cosmopolitan appeal, which witnesses visitors flocking to take advantage of the vibrant shopping, dining and entertainment offerings and experiences, as well as the wonderful winter weather that the emirate enjoys.
