Impact Makers Forum…billion-dollar strategic agreements and partnerships

The Influence Makers Forum, organized by the Ministry of Information on December 18 and 19, witnessed; A series of launches and the signing of strategic agreements and partnerships aimed at enhancing innovation and impact.
It also works to enable the growth of the economics of media creativity, and the launches and agreements came in the presence and patronage of the Minister of Information, Mr. Salman bin Youssef Al-Dosari.

Supporting the media sector

Minister Al-Dosari stressed the importance of these initiatives in supporting the media and digital sector in the Kingdom, noting that the forum, which brought together the most future-oriented major international companies in the influence industry, will be a permanent global platform for exchanging knowledge.
This comes in line with a package of media influence projects that will be launched by the Ministry of Information to enhance the reach of the media message.
It includes empowerment, training, development and benefiting from advanced technology and artificial intelligence, in partnership with major international companies in the influence industry.

An investment portfolio worth 500 million riyals

During the forum, an investment portfolio worth 500 million riyals was launched, aiming to invest in the media and marketing sector and develop innovative solutions to enhance the scope of work of communication companies and enable their expansion in the Middle East region.
A new platform was also launched under the name “Tasharak” for supplier services in the communication and marketing sector, with a business volume of up to 250 million riyals over the next 5 years.
The platform seeks to support small and medium-sized companies and independent individuals in the Kingdom, by providing media and marketing services to enhance local content, while providing opportunities within the sector in all regions of the Kingdom.

Meanwhile, the “Jaco” platform announced its investment of 100 million riyals to support content makers in the Arab region, by providing platforms and tools that help them develop and expand the scope of their influence in the digital world.
The Saudi “Kunoz” initiative also announced an investment of 76 million riyals in its products for the year 2025, and revealed a group of new launches that reflect the Kingdom’s identity and highlight its culture and heritage.
This step comes to enhance the quality of Saudi media content, and keep pace with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 in developing local content and achieving cultural leadership.

Innovative solutions for content creation

It was also announced the launch of “The Chefs Social” platform, which offers new features to its users, to motivate them to become influential in their communities, by highlighting their special taste and selectivity in choosing content.
It aims to provide innovative solutions for creating content and enhancing its impact, while supporting individual creativity, while the King Salman International Academy for the Arabic Language was launched in partnership with the Ministry of Information. The “Media Terminology” dictionary, which is the first Arabic dictionary specialized in collecting media terminology in one interactive platform.
The dictionary aims to provide a reliable and comprehensive reference for modern media terminology, and to enhance linguistic and media awareness in the Kingdom.

Expand your follower base

During the forum, a memorandum of joint cooperation was signed between the Ministry of Information and the Saudi Group, with the aim of expanding the base of followers of the developments and initiatives presented by the Ministry, within the framework of its efforts locally and internationally.
The partnership aims to transfer these initiatives across aircraft screens, allowing passengers to follow the latest developments in media initiatives across the Kingdom.
The forum witnessed multiple events, including the launch of the “Saudi Media Innovation Camp” program, Saudi MIB, in cooperation between the Ministry of Information and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
These launches, agreements and partnerships embody the Kingdom’s ongoing efforts to support innovation and develop the media and creativity sector, and are important steps towards strengthening the Kingdom’s position as a major media center in the region.
