The Head of State and the President of Belarus discuss relations between the two countries

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, and the President of the Republic of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, discussed aspects of bilateral relations and the possibilities of enhancing cooperation to serve common interests and enhance development and prosperity in the two countries.

This came during a meeting with His Highness the President of the State in Abu Dhabi, Alexander Lukashenko, who is on a working visit to the country, where His Highness welcomed the guest president, praising his keenness to push Emirati-Belarusian relations to broader horizons of cooperation and development.

The two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues and topics of common interest, and exchanged views on them.

The President of Belarus expressed his thanks to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan for the warm reception he received during his visits to the country, stressing the interest that his country attaches to strengthening its relations and expanding the base of its common interests with the UAE in various fields, in a way that brings growth and prosperity to the peoples of the two countries.

He pointed to the continuous development witnessed by the relations between the UAE and Belarus.
