المملكة: “Meteorology” reveals Monday’s weather forecast for the Kingdom’s regions

The National Center of Meteorology revealed the expected weather conditions for Monday in the regions of the Kingdom, indicating that the opportunity is ripe for thunderstorms.
He noted on his official website that the situation will be accompanied by cold showers and active winds that stir up dust and dust in parts of several regions.

These regions include Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Hail, Al-Qassim and the northern borders, extending to the northern parts of the Eastern Province.
The Meteorological Center also did not rule out the formation of fog in parts of these areas, while the weather remains cold in parts of the north and center of the Kingdom.

The state of the Red Sea

Regarding the situation of the Red Sea, he pointed out that the surface winds are northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 15-35 km/hour in the northern part.
Northwesterly to southwesterly, at a speed of 15-30 km/h in the central part, and southwesterly to southeasterly, at a speed of 15-40 km/h, reaching more than 50 km/h, with rainy thunderclouds forming in the central and southern part.
The waves will rise from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching more than two metres, with rainy thunderclouds forming over the central and southern part.

While the sea wave condition ranges from light to moderate, reaching wavy, with the formation of rainy thunderstorm clouds over the central and southern part.
As for the Arabian Gulf, surface winds are northwesterly at a speed of 15-32 km/hour, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half metres, and sea wave conditions ranging from light to moderate.

Early morning fog

Earlier, the National Center of Meteorology warned of the spread of fog over parts of 4 regions during the early morning hours on Monday.
The situation began yesterday evening, Sunday, and will continue until 8 a.m. Monday, and the accompanying effects include almost a lack of horizontal visibility (1-3) kilometers.

Fog spreads in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, as well as Asir, in the places of Al-Majaridah, Barq, Rijal Alma, Mahayil, Al-Namas, Balqarn, Tanumah, Abha, Ahad Rufaidah, Al-Harjah, Al-Rabou’a, Khamis Mushayt, Sarat Ubaidah, and Dhahran Al-Janoub.

In Jizan, fog also spreads in Abu Arish, Uhud Al-Masarha, Al-Twal, Al-Fatiha, Samtah, Sabya, Damad, Al-Harth, Al-Da’ir, Al-Ardha, Al-Eidabi, Fifa and Haroub.
