95% completion of the “Deer Villa” project… and 60% sold

Muhammad Hassan Al-Naqul Sons Company has completed the sale of approximately 60% so far of the (Deer Villa) project to its subsidiary Deer Real Estate Company.
The company noted in a statement to the Saudi Tadawul that 95% of the project had been completed so far and approximately 60% had been sold.
According to the company, there is no increase in the cost of the project.
It is expected that the impact will be reflected positively on the annual financial statements for the year 2024 and the mid-term statements for the year 2025.
