Carla Boutros published a video clip from surveillance cameras documenting the theft incident, and the video showed Boutros getting out of her car and standing to adjust her clothes, and in those moments the thief approached. He took his motorcycle from her car, opened the door, stole the bag, and fled while she was in a daze.
