598 million dirhams, the total real estate valuation in Ajman in November
Ajman, December 23 / WAM / The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman completed 173 real estate evaluation transactions during the month of last November, with a total value amounting to 598 million dirhams, a significant increase of 88% compared to the same period last year.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, confirmed that the evaluation operations included commercial, residential and industrial properties, where residential properties received the largest share of the total value of the evaluation at 300.6 million dirhams, ahead of commercial properties, whose total value exceeded 204 million dirhams, while industrial properties came third with 82.5 million dirhams. One million dirhams.
He explained that the November report on real estate evaluation included personal evaluation transactions, the evaluation of courts and institutions, as well as the evaluation of long-term golden residencies for investors, which amounted to 156 transactions and whose total value exceeded 494 million dirhams.
