The Kingdom’s Sukuk… “Debt Management” closes the December offering at 11.598 billion riyals

The National Debt Management Center announced the completion of receiving investor requests for the local issuance for the month of December 2024 within the Saudi Arabia Government Sukuk Program B.
The total size of the allocation was set at 11.598 billion Saudi riyals (eleven billion five hundred and ninety-eight million Saudi riyals).
According to the statement issued by the Centre, the issues were divided into four tranches, the size of the first tranche amounting to 5.585 billion Saudi riyals (five billion five hundred and eighty-five Saudi riyals) for sukuk maturing in the year 2027 AD.

Kingdom government instruments

The second tranche amounted to 3.907 billion Saudi riyals (three billion nine hundred and seven million Saudi riyals) for sukuk maturing in the year 2029 AD.
The third tranche amounted to 706 million Saudi riyals (seven hundred and six million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2031 AD.
The fourth tranche amounted to 1.4 billion Saudi riyals (one billion and four hundred million Saudi riyals) for sukuks maturing in the year 2034 AD.
