The spokesman for the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, Khalil Dakran, said that the Israeli occupation army has taken 27 hospitals and 82 health centers out of health service since the start of the aggression, and is still continuing its fierce attack on the health system in all governorates of the Gaza Strip.
The health spokesman in Gaza said – in an intervention with the “Cairo” channel: News Today, Wednesday – “The occupation prevents the arrival of medicines and medical supplies to hospitals, especially in the north, for more than 80 days, and destroys all ambulances and civil defense, which has lost the ability to rescue the injured and detainees under the rubble, and no outside ambulance can North access to the targeting locations.”
He added that the health situation in the Gaza Strip is very difficult in light of the occupation army’s continued targeting of the health system in all hospitals in the Strip, as the occupation besieges hospitals. Northern Gaza for more than 80 days in an effort to remove it completely from health service, and it blew up the surrounding and adjacent buildings, which caused major destruction to hospital buildings.
He pointed out that the Israeli aggression also targeted Kamal Adwan Hospital, which it targeted with planes and destroyed oxygen stations and generators. He managed to infect 20 health sector workers and a number of patients, in addition to the occupation army several days ago evacuating the Indonesian hospital and forcing most of the patients and workers to leave it. And displacement, in addition to targeting Al Awda Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
