5 journalists were killed in an Israeli bombing in central Gaza

Five journalists were killed at dawn today, Thursday, in an Israeli bombing in the central Gaza Strip.

Eyewitnesses said that the occupation forces bombed a television broadcast vehicle in front of Al Awda Hospital in the Nuseirat camp, leading to the death of five journalists who were inside it.

The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate reported that among the martyred journalists was journalist Ayman Al-Haddi, who arrived at the hospital with his wife, who was about to give birth to their first child, but he took advantage of the waiting hours to check on his colleagues who were at the hospital door in a television broadcast vehicle.

Since the start of the war on Gaza on October 7, 2023, Israeli forces have killed more than 190 journalists.

Medical sources announced that the death toll in the Gaza Strip had risen to 45,361, most of whom were children and women, and the injured to 107,803, while thousands of victims were still under the rubble.
