The Moscow Stock Exchange index closed today, Friday, down by 9.33 points, or 0.34%, compared to the previous day’s close, reaching 2757.24 points.
It also ended lower by 14.27 points, or 1.62%, compared to the close of the previous trading day, to reach 864.03 points.

Yesterday, Thursday, the Moscow Stock Exchange index closed up by 30.49 points, or 1.12%, compared to the previous day’s close, reaching 2763.32 points.
The RTS index also ended higher by 13.02 points, or 1.51%, compared to the close of the previous trading day, reaching 877.27 points.

The price of the Russian ruble against major currencies

Earlier, the Russian Central Bank set the exchange rates of the major currencies against the ruble.
The Russian Central Bank reduced the exchange rate of the US dollar by 38 kopecks, compared to the previous day’s price, to reach 99.2295 rubles.

The official fell by 64 kopecks, to 103.2997 rubles.
While the exchange rate of the Chinese yuan was reduced by 13 kopecks, to 13.4716 rubles.
