9,800 Kia “Cato” vehicles were recalled due to a defect in the warning mechanism of the brake system
The Ministry of Commerce recalled 9,898 Kia (Cato), model year 2021-2024, due to a defect in the warning mechanism of the anti-lock braking system (ABS) that may result in a warning not being sent on the instrument panel, which increases the possibility of the risk of an accident.
The Ministry called on users included in the recall to contact the local agent, Al Jabr Trading Company on the toll-free number (8004400100), and Al-Ahlia Marketing Company on the toll-free number (8001010010) to make the necessary updates for free.
