The general assembly of “Abu Moati” approves the election of 6 members to the Board of Directors

Abdullah Saad Muhammad Abu Moati Libraries Company announced the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (third meeting), which was held yesterday evening, Tuesday.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the voting results on the assembly’s agenda included:
1- Approval of amending Article No. (16) of the company’s bylaws related to the number of members of the Board of Directors.
2- Approval of amending the remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors, the emerging committees, and the executive management.
3- Approval of amending the work regulations of the Audit Committee.
4- Approval of amending the regulations of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
5- Approval to disburse an amount of (900,000) riyals as an annual bonus to members of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending on 03/31/2024 AD.
6- Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 01/01/2025 AD and for a period of 4 years until 12/31/2028 AD, according to the result of Clause No. (1).
The elected members are: Muhammad Al-Mutlaq, Dr. Saad Abu Muti, Saeed Basaid, Muhammad Abu Muti, Sultan Al-Shubaili, Abdullah Al-Rashoud.
