Appointment of Abdul Rahman Al-Dabal as Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Jazz”… and Faisal Al-Dabal as Deputy

The Board of Directors of Jaz Arabian Services Company decided to appoint Abdul Rahman Al-Dabal as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Faisal Al-Dabal as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
According to the company’s statement on Saudi Tadawul, the results of the company’s extraordinary general assembly meeting, last December 10, witnessed the election of members of the company’s board of directors for its new session, which began on January 1, and for a period of 4 years, ending on December 31, 2028.
The Council decided to form a review committee, headed by Fawaz Danish, and membership of: Adnan Al-Mansour and Youssef Khalil.
The Board approved the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee and the appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
The Council decided to appoint representatives of the company to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
