“Walaa Insurance” distributes 24.2 million riyals in compensation to those entitled to “priority rights”

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company announced the distribution of compensation amounts to priority rights holders who did not exercise their right to subscribe to new shares.
The company said in a statement on the Saudi Tadawul: The date of distributing compensation to eligible persons who did not exercise their right to subscribe and those entitled to fractions is 07/02/1446, corresponding to 01/02/2025.
She added that the total amount that will be distributed to eligible persons who did not exercise their right to subscribe and those entitled to fractions is 24,150,156.40 riyals.
She indicated that the company deposited the amounts in the bank accounts of eligible persons who did not exercise their right to subscribe to the new shares. As for eligible persons whose account information was not available or incomplete, they can contact the Investor Relations Department during official working hours. !
