Türkiye is witnessing a decline in annual inflation rates during December

Official data showed on Friday that the annual consumer price inflation rate fell to 44.38% in December.

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute, the inflation rate on a monthly basis reached 1.03%, compared to 2.24% in November. The annual consumer price inflation rate reached 47.09% in November.

Data from the Turkish Statistical Institute showed that the locals index rose 0.4% on a monthly basis in December, recording an annual rise of 28.52%.
