“Noor Saudi Arabia” concludes its program to combat blindness in Gambia

Yesterday, the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center concluded the Saudi Noor Volunteer Program to combat blindness and diseases that cause it in the city of Farafeni in the Republic of the Gambia, which will be held during the period from December 26 to 31, 2024 AD. During the campaign, the center’s volunteer medical team examined 3,655 cases, 750 medical glasses were distributed, and 196 surgical operations were performed, all of which were crowned with complete success, praise be to God.

This comes within the volunteer medical projects implemented by the Kingdom, represented by its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Centre. To support the medical sector and help patients and people suffering from eye diseases in brotherly and friendly countries in need.
