Seven qualitative research in dentistry at King Khalid University records a distinguished global presence

The College of Dentistry at King Khalid University has achieved a qualitative leap in the field of scientific publishing, as it succeeded in publishing seven scientific papers in prestigious international journals, such as (Journal of Prosthodontics) and (Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry), and it dealt with pioneering topics in dentistry, including: Improving the accuracy of dental implants using advanced digital surgical templates, in addition to developing innovative techniques for full jaw rehabilitation using implants. The college’s efforts have resulted in winning many international awards that highlight its academic and research excellence. The most prominent of these awards is the award for the second best master’s research at the level of the western states of the United States and Canada, which was obtained by Dr. Majid Al-Toman, and the innovation award in the use of surgical casts to improve the accuracy of dental implants, which was obtained by Dr. Thuraya Kadah. Dr. Muhammad Al-Faifi also distinguished himself by obtaining the A prestigious award for the best treatment of an advanced condition within the American and Canadian fellowships.
These achievements received wide praise from prominent international academic institutions, such as: Loma Linda and Indiana University in the United States, which expressed their appreciation for the quality of research provided by the college, and its prominent role in advancing innovation and academic excellence in the field of dentistry on the global stage.
