The National Center of Meteorology advised avoiding areas prone to floods in the event of rain.
This came in the advice given by the National Center of Meteorology through its account on the X application, for safety during rainfall and the occurrence of torrents, floods, and lightning.
The Meteorology Department wrote: Given the fluctuations witnessed in some regions of the Kingdom:

• Avoid areas prone to floods in the event of rain.

• When lightning strikes, stay away from exposed areas and do not use mobile devices.
• Stay home to stay safe and monitor the weather conditions.
