"Asian Olympic": A comprehensive plan to qualify youth cadres with artificial intelligence

KUWAIT, 6 JANUARY / WAM / The Olympic Council of Asia confirmed the existence of a future plan that will be implemented during the current year, to prepare and qualify youth sports cadres using artificial intelligence to help them in the future, and to enable them in the organizational, marketing and training aspects, in addition to organizing 20 media workshops, including 10 for future media, in the year. The current year is 2025, for the category of 16 years and under, and 10 in 2026, in about 26 countries across the continent.
Hussein Al-Musallam, Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia, stressed his keenness to establish many development programs in the UAE and other countries, including those related to programs for developing jiu-jitsu competencies, especially since this game is developing due to increasing interest in it and the increase in the number of countries that allow it to be practiced to about 45 countries. At the continent level.
Al-Musallam explained in statements today to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the occasion of preparations for the next stage, that the growth witnessed by the sport of jiu-jitsu clearly reflects the great work undertaken by the Asian Confederation of the game in improving it, not only at the level of the Emirates, but in the entire continent.
He pointed out that the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the continent of Asia direct their attention to women and develop their competence as players, coaches, administrators and international officials, and that Noura Al Jasmi is a pioneering model for Gulf and Asian women as a member of the Board of Directors of the National Olympic Committee, President of the UAE Badminton Federation, and a member of the Executive Office of the Olympic Council of Asia for the electoral cycle. 2024- 2028.
He added that the Olympic Council of Asia recently organized in Thailand a development course on equal opportunities in sports between men and women, in organization, marketing, governance, media and participation for female players, and that the composition of the Asian Executive Council equally consists of 5 men and the same number of women.
Regarding the upcoming tournaments, the Director General of the Olympic Council of Asia said that the next Asian Summer Games will be held in Japan in 2026, followed by the next edition in Qatar in 2030, then the activities of the 2034 edition in Saudi Arabia, in addition to Saudi Arabia also hosting the seventh Asian Indoor and Martial Arts Games. Next year.
He stated that Bahrain will host the Asian Youth Games in October 2025, which is a qualifier for the Youth Olympic Games scheduled to be held in the Senegalese capital, Dakar, in 2026.
Al-Musallam noted that there is stability in the Asian and international agenda of the Olympic Council of Asia by holding the summer and winter sessions according to long-term planning, which reflects the integrated arrangements in various games such as indoor, martial arts, beach, and youth games, and that the Olympic Council of Asia was the first initiative among Organizations working globally in the use of artificial intelligence technology, robotics and applications in the 19th edition of the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China 2023.
