“Ataa” renews a facilities agreement with “Saudi Fransi” for 189.36 million riyals

Today, Ataa Educational Company renewed a banking facilities agreement compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia with Banque Saudi Fransi.
According to the company’s statement on the Saudi Tadawul, the value of the financing is estimated at 189.363 million riyals.
She added that the financing period is 10 years, noting that the guarantees provided in exchange for financing: a promissory note and real estate guarantees.
She stated that the purpose of the facilities: financing on demand for the purpose of acquiring and building educational complexes and supporting working capital.
