Central Bank: Covering the issuance of Islamic Salam Sukuks with 43 million dinars

The Central Bank of Bahrain announced that Issue No. 285 (BH0007920836) of the short-term Islamic Salam Sukuk issued by the Bank on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain has been covered, with the value of the issue amounting to 43 million Bahraini dinars, for a maturity period of 91 days, starting on January 8, 2025 to 9 April 2025.

The expected return for these sukuk is 5.70%, equal to the previous issuance on December 11, 2024, noting that the issuance was covered by 121%.
