Suspension of trading in Catreon shares for one session at the company’s request

Saudi Tadawul announced the suspension of trading in Caterion Catering Holding Company shares in the market, starting today, Wednesday 07/08/1446 AH, corresponding to 01/08/2025 AD.
Tadawul Saudi Arabia said: The suspension of Catreon shares will be for one trading session, based on the company’s request in accordance with the provisions of the listing rules and procedures for suspending trading in listed securities in preparation for announcing a fundamental event.
It noted the resumption of stock trading on Thursday 07/09/1446 AH corresponding to 01/09/2025 AD.
