"Artists Street" International art is celebrated on the beaches of Fujairah
Fujairah, January 8 / WAM / The first edition of the “Artists Street” initiative will be launched during the period from January 13 to 19 on Umbrella Beach in Fujairah, organized by the Fujairah Fine Arts Academy.
This artistic event brings together an elite group of local artists from around the world who present a range of creative activities and events that continue over the course of an entire week.
The event witnesses the holding of many events and workshops, such as free drawing workshops on the beach, art workshops presented by international artists, in addition to organizing tourist trips to explore the picturesque landmarks of Fujairah, free nature drawing and graffiti drawing sessions, and an art competition entitled “Communicating Peoples”, to enhance cultural and creative communication between people. Participants.
Ali Obaid Al-Hafiti, Director General of the Fujairah Academy of Fine Arts, said that the Artists Street represents an important step to highlight the emirate as a global artistic destination, as it brings together artists from various countries to exchange experiences and cultural interaction, noting that this artistic event reflects the keenness and support of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed. Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah and Chairman of the Academy’s Board of Trustees, to develop the artistic and cultural movement in the emirate, and enhance Fujairah’s position as a destination for creativity.
