المملكة: Asir.. A resident was arrested for transporting 4 violators of the border security system

The patrols of the General Administration of the Mujahideen in the Asir region arrested a resident of Sudanese nationality to transport him in a vehicle driven by (4) violators of the border security system of Yemeni nationality. They were stopped and legal measures were taken against them, and the violators were referred to the competent authority, and those who were transferred to the Public Prosecution.

Violations and application of fines

The official spokesman for the General Administration of the Mujahideen confirmed that anyone who facilitates the entry of violators of the border security system into the Kingdom, transports them within it, provides them with shelter, or provides them with any assistance or service in any way, exposes himself to penalties of up to 15 years in prison, and a fine of up to 15 years. One million riyals, and the means of transportation and housing used for shelter were confiscated, in addition to defaming him.
He explained that this crime is considered a major crime that requires arrest, and is against honor and trustworthiness, urging people to report violators of residency, work, and border security regulations on the number (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Riyadh, and Al-Sharqiyah, and (999) and (996) in the rest of the regions of the Kingdom.
