DUBAI, 19 FEBRUARY / WAM / In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, the Hussain Sajwani – DAMAC Charitable Foundation announced its contribution of 100 million dirhams, in support of the “End of Life” campaign to save 5 million children from starvation, which was launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler. The “End of Life” campaign to save 5 million children from starvation, which falls under the umbrella of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives Foundation, seeks to provide the opportunity for all individuals and institutions to participate in achieving its noble goals, by implementing sustainable programs and projects that contribute to combating child hunger in the world, in partnership with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), Save the Children, the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, and Action Against Hunger.
