“Beit Al Khair” launches its new Ramadan campaign, “A Known Right”

Beit Al Khair Association announced today the launch of its new Ramadan campaign for the year 1446 AH – 2025 AD, under the slogan “A Known Right,” which began on the first of Rajab (January) and will continue until the end of Eid Al Fitr next April, with the aim of making more than 62,000 people happy. Abdeen Taher Al Awadhi, Director General of the Association, said in a statement to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, that the campaign aims to spend 65.7 million dirhams, an increase of about 17 million over last year’s campaign in which the association spent 48.8 million dirhams, stressing that launching the slogan “A Known Right” on the campaign For the second year, it came as an embodiment of the commitment of “Beit Al Khair” and its audience of supporters, partners, and benefactors, to this right that God Almighty guaranteed in His Mighty Book. He revealed the details of the estimated campaign budget for this year, which included six million dirhams for the Ramadan Mir project, and 10 million for the Iftar project for fasting people, indicating that the association will set up four Ramadan tents for this project to distribute at least one million iftar meals at a rate of between 35 to 36 thousand meals per day. In addition to allocating two million dirhams for Zakat al-Fitr and five million to release debtors imprisoned due to heavy debts so that they can return to their families and enjoy closeness to them. He pointed out that this year’s budget was marked by raising the volume of humanitarian support to 36 million dirhams to accommodate the increasing number of requests for assistance and to please the largest possible number of eligible people, especially needy patients, announcing the launch of two new fundraising programs to support the “Treatment” project to support patients. They are the “Mayadeen Al-Khair” program on the Holy Quran Channel, affiliated with the Abu Dhabi Radio Network, and the “Haqq Ma’loum” program on “Noor Dubai” Radio, affiliated with the Dubai Media Group, noting the continued monetary support. And food for the lowest-income citizen families during the holy month, which will reach 6.7 million dirhams.
Al-Awadhi thanked the benefactors, supporters and partners who were always behind the association’s achievements and successes, calling on the people of fear and generosity in the emirates of goodness and giving to support the Ramadan campaign until it achieves its desired goal and contributes to the process of sustainable human growth.
For his part, Saeed Mubarak Al Mazrouei, Deputy Director General of the Association, said that this year’s campaign embodies its slogan, “From the Emirates, to the Emirates,” to advance the needs of the most needy people and confirm its role as a humanitarian institution that has provided 35 years of giving.
