70 people were killed in the Gaza Strip within 24 hours

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that 70 Palestinians were killed during the past 24 hours, while the total death toll rose to 46,006 dead since the outbreak of war between Israel and Hamas in the Gaza Strip sixteen months ago.

The ministry said in a statement that the Israeli army “committed 3 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, including 70 dead in hospitals during the past 24 hours,” noting that “the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 46,006 deaths and 109,378 injuries” since the outbreak of the war on October 7, 2023.
