More than 250,000 spectators attended the President’s Cup races for purebred Arabian horses

ABU DHABI, 10th January / WAM / His Excellency Faisal Al Rahmani, Secretary General of the President’s Cup Racing Committee for Purebred Arabian Horses, General Supervisor of Races at Al Ain Equestrian Club Track, confirmed that the last edition of the President’s Cup Racing Series witnessed, during 15 races around the world, the attendance of more than 250,000 spectators, more than six and a half million actual views on screens, in addition to more than 24 million interactions on foreign social media platforms and the committee’s platforms.
Al Rahmani explained in statements to the Emirates News Agency, WAM, on the sidelines of the fifth race for purebred Arabian horses yesterday at Al Ain Racecourse, that the new supreme committee organizing the President’s Cup series for purebred Arabian horses, headed by His Excellency Matar Suhail Al Yabhouni Al Dhaheri, is looking forward to achieving three times these numbers. Under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister, and Head of the Presidential Office, in the new version that begins this year.
Al Rahmani announced that the new series of President’s Cup races will witness new stations as an extension of the success and excellence of all past editions.
On the other hand, Al Rahmani said that the Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting and Golf Club Track has made all arrangements to ensure the continuation and success of purebred Arabian horse races during the coming month of Ramadan, similar to the excellence achieved by the club last Ramadan, explaining that the club is also seeking further improvement in the coming period, to keep up with Development in organizing and hosting races, with arrangements being made for the public who is keen to follow the races and is one of the most important reasons for their success, in addition to welcoming the participation of all owners, trainers and jockeys from all over the world. The world, to enrich competitions in races that have achieved great success at all levels.
