Saif bin Zayed visits DUPHAT 2025 and witnesses the launch of a college of pharmacy

Lt. General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, visited the Dubai International Pharmaceutical and Technology Conference and Exhibition “DUPHAT 2025” in its 30th session, which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center with the participation of more than 101 countries around the world.

The DUPHAT Conference and Exhibition is considered one of the most prominent events in the pharmacy sector in the region and the world, as it provided a distinguished platform that brought together major manufacturers of pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products with suppliers and buyers. The exhibition provided the opportunity to showcase the latest innovations and advanced solutions in the fields of pharmacy, technology and medicines.

His Highness was accompanied on his tour of the exhibition by Ambassador Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Ambassador of the Mediterranean Parliament to the Gulf Cooperation Council region, CEO of the DUPHAT Conference and Exhibition, and His Highness visited a number of pavilions of the countries participating in the exhibition.

His Highness was briefed on the most prominent pharmaceutical products offered by companies and the latest developments and technologies related to this sector. His Highness also spoke with a number of pavilion officials at the exhibition about the products displayed and modern technologies in this biomedical field and their role in enhancing community safety.

During his tour, His Highness Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan witnessed the launch of the Duphat College of Pharmacy, which is a new destination for scientific excellence and pharmaceutical research, in cooperation between the Abdul Salam Al Madani International Center for Education and the UCAM University in Murcia – Spain. The college offers multiple programs including doctoral, master’s, and diploma degrees. In addition to providing many professional executive programs and specialized courses.

For his part, Engineer Khaled Al-Attar, Director General of the Abdul Salam Al Madani International Center for Education, said that the launch of the Duphat College of Pharmacy represents an important strategic step towards enhancing pharmaceutical education and scientific research in the region, because cooperation between the Abdul Salam Al Madani International Center for Education and the University of UCAM in Murcia – Spain, allows us to provide programs An advanced academy that meets the needs of the modern pharmaceutical industry, and we aim for this college to be a platform for training new generations of creative pharmacists who will develop the future of health care in the region and the world.
