Aluminum Bahrain B.S.C. announced (Alba), the world’s largest single-site aluminum smelter, and the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) announced their joint decision to end discussions regarding the merger of Alba with Ma’aden’s strategic aluminum business units.
