40 farmers were killed in an attack by ISIS in northeastern Nigeria on Sunday

At least 40 farmers were killed in Borno state, northeastern Nigeria, in an attack carried out on Sunday evening by militants from the ISIS branch, a government official said Monday.
Borno State Information Commissioner, Osman Tar, said in a statement that fighters from ISIS’s West Africa Province late Sunday gathered dozens of farmers in Domba on the banks of Lake Chad and shot them dead.
