"Al-Yamahi" He praises the pioneering Saudi initiatives in dealing with crises in the region
Mohamed Ahmed Al Yamahi, Speaker of the Arab Parliament, praised the role of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his Crown Prince. Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in strengthening the system of joint Arab action and enhancing Arab solidarity.
The President of the Arab Parliament appreciated the pioneering initiatives adopted by Saudi Arabia in dealing with the crises and challenges taking place in the Arab region, pointing in this context to its hosting of ministerial meetings on… Syria, with prominent Arab and international participation, within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s efforts to support the brothers in Syria to achieve security and stability, rebuild and develop, and restore Syria’s role and status in the region. He also praised the urgent humanitarian aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Syrian people.
This came during the meeting of the President of the Arab Parliament with Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar, Saudi Arabia’s permanent representative to the League of Arab States.
During the meeting, “Al-Yamahi” praised With Saudi Arabia’s positions towards the Palestinian issue, and its hosting of the extraordinary Arab and Islamic summits in order to mobilize international support to support the Palestinian people and stop the genocidal war they have been subjected to for more than a year and three months.
As Al-Yamahi confirmed, The Arab Parliament was keen to strengthen relations with the Saudi Shura Council regarding everything that serves joint Arab action, praising the role of the Council, headed by Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Sheikh, in supporting and strengthening Arab parliamentary diplomacy at all levels.
For his part, he stressed Ambassador Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Matar, Saudi Arabia’s permanent representative to the League of Arab States, expressed Saudi Arabia’s constant support for the Arab Parliament at all levels, and its keenness to strengthen its role in a way that serves the interests of the Arab people and defends their issues.
