Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hilali from the Emirates said that the remarkable success achieved by the Mankus program is due to the great support of the wise leadership for heritage programmes, stressing that the idea of “Mankus” represents a distinguished step in reviving authentic folk art.
He added that the program constitutes an important opportunity to introduce the new generation to an art that may be strange to them, noting that many young people today do not know what “reverse” is and the rich cultural heritage it symbolizes.
He praised the program’s success in attracting a young audience, which is rare at a time when technology and social media dominate the lives of the new generation.
He stressed that this large presence of the young group indicates their adherence to their cultural identity, and also reflects that “The Reversed” has become an important platform for communication between the past and the present, indicating that the program has witnessed a remarkable development since the start of its first season, and that the increase in the number of audience in the last episodes is evidence of the spread of The program is outside the borders of the UAE.

Al-Qahtani praised the jury, describing it as a model of integrity and transparency, as its evaluations were realistic and frank, which adds high credibility to the program, noting the distinguished organization, starting from welcoming the audience to the quality of lighting and decoration in the theatre.
For his part, poet Khaled Al Jaber from Abu Dhabi stressed that the “Mankos” program contributes greatly to strengthening the cultural identity of Arab societies, as it reflects the popular heritage in a way that encourages the preservation of this rich heritage.
He pointed out that he followed the program in its previous seasons, and noticed continuous development in all its elements, from prizes to decoration, praising the neutrality of the jury and its transparency in evaluating the participants.
He expressed his hope that the scope of competitions would be expanded in the future by adding other vocal arts, such as “Al-Wana,” “Al-Taghrouda,” and “Sea and Land Shallat,” to provide a more diverse experience.
In turn, Sari Al-Sanad from Lebanon expressed his great admiration for the cultural and heritage content of the program, noting that “The Reverse” enhances the love of heritage in the hearts of young people, and contributes to educating new generations about the values and traditions of Arab societies.
He praised the organization of the program, which he described as elaborate and creative, noting that the organizer had made a great achievement in making heritage gain appreciation and interaction from the young public.
He praised the jury, which provided objective evaluations and transparent opinions, focusing on improving the participants’ performance by providing advice and criticism in a respectful and tactful manner.
Al-Sanad suggested that the audience be involved in voting in future seasons using voting devices distributed to attendees, to enhance interaction between the program and the audience.
