"Abu Dhabi Prosecution" A smart service package is launched for"Detail bureaucracy"
Abu Dhabi, June 16 / WAM / The Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi launched an integrated package of new smart services, within the bureaucracy index and improving the experience of customers, which aims to enhance the efficiency of judicial services, simplify procedures, and provide an advanced system that keeps pace with government trends towards digital transformation.
The new package includes 35 services and process that is completely completed without human intervention, ensuring the speed of completion and accuracy of data, while enabling customers to complete their transactions easily and conveniently through the available digital platforms around the clock.
The newly created services include the abbreviation of a number of procedures related to the tasks of the Public Prosecution, in addition to the possibility of issuing a set of legal documents automatically, including a certificate of non -appeal, a certificate of non -renovation, a statement of a passport’s period, a certificate for those who are interested in the matter, a disclosure of cases, a copy of the ruling, a certificate of detention or detention, and the payment of fines.
His Excellency Counselor Ali Mohamed Al Balushi, Attorney General of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, stated that these services are available through the electronic portal of the Judicial Department and the application of smartphones, without the need for any paper transactions, as handicrafts and traditional seals were dispensed, and they were replaced by digital and approved digital documents, which enhances performance efficiency and quality of operational operations.
He added, that this step is tangible progress in developing judicial services; It saves time and effort on dealers, and supports the principle of completed justice through advanced digital solutions, reflecting the Public Prosecution’s commitment to contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and consolidating institutional innovation.
His Excellency pointed out that the Public Prosecution in Abu Dhabi continues its efforts to expand the scope of digital initiatives by developing innovative services that keep pace with the accelerated variables in the judicial and legal sectors, and meet the needs of customers efficiently and flexibly, in order to support the dedication of Abu Dhabi as a pioneering center for justice at the region level.
