Bugsher leads the Emirates bicycle team to win the title "Craireium de Dofinism"
Paris, June 16 / WAM / The UAE -XRG team, the Slovenian Tadi Bugsher, has achieved a remarkable achievement by winning the “Kirterium de Dofinte” race, 2025, after a balanced performance in the eighth and final stage that was organized on Sunday in France.
Bugsher’s coronation came with the title after finishing the last stage in the third place, to settle the overall ranking of the race, which for the eight days, which witnessed his brilliance with the achievement of three phased victories.
This victory is the first for Bugsher in the race, and the first for a current world champion since French Bernard Eno in 1981.
The closing stage witnessed a strong competition in the rise of “Cole de Moon-Seni”, as Bugsher faced a direct attack from the Danish Jonas Fenjard, but the UAE team’s bike showed a great ability to manage his effort until the finish line.
This victory is the 45th victory for the Emirates team this season, which reflects the team’s readiness to participate in the upcoming France’s circumambulation.
In a related context, the UAE team, Gil Z under -23, starred in the “Jiro Next Jin” race, where the Slovaki Matthias Schwartbagr won the first stage “Individual Time Race”, wearing the pink shirt for the general classification leader, becoming the first bike of his country to achieve this achievement in the history of the race.
In the Tawaf of Switzerland, the Emirates team, Flex Groshter, finished the opening stage in sixth, after it was among the advanced group that competed for the victory in difficult weather conditions, which enhances the team’s chances of competition for the advanced positions in the coming stages.
