The delegation of the Republic of Bermuda reviews the best practices in "Dubai Culture"

Dubai, January 16 / WAM / A high-level delegation from the Republic of Bermuda, during its visit to the headquarters of the Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, was briefed on the best practices followed by the Authority.
The visit comes within the framework of a partnership with the Government Knowledge Exchange Office and the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government, with the aim of transferring the most prominent local administrative experiences and exploring the best practices adopted by the UAE in the field of modernization and government development.
During the visit, the delegation met with an elite group of Dubai Culture leaders, where ways to enhance joint cooperation and exchange of knowledge in various cultural and creative fields were discussed. The delegation was also briefed on the administrative body’s practices in business development and the application of global standards such as ISO systems, partnerships, and governance.
During the visit, the focus was on sustainable recruitment, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and evaluating the impact of improving administrative systems, with the goal of improving the quality of services to achieve excellence in the cultural and artistic sector.
Dubai Culture officials reviewed their efforts to enhance Dubai’s creative scene and support cultural industries through strategic partnerships and innovative projects to support entrepreneurs and talent, which contributes to their empowerment within a dynamic cultural environment.
The meeting discussed Dubai’s achievements, including first place globally in foreign investment in cultural and creative industries, and fourth place globally and first regionally in cultural interaction, which strengthens its position as a cultural destination and the capital of creativity and talent.
The visit included a tour of the Etihad Museum, where the delegation learned about exhibits and documents that highlight the founding of the country, its constitution, and the lives of the founding fathers, and explored the interactive exhibitions in the museum that showcase life in the Emirates using innovative technologies.
