Facilitating access to health services
The remote clinic service enables the patient to obtain medical care through the (My Health) application, in order to facilitate access to health services, and enable the beneficiary to obtain an integrated service remotely, whether for follow-up or new appointments.
This reduces the rate of beneficiary visits to hospitals and in-person health centers for non-emergency cases, and increases the beneficiary satisfaction rate by reducing the effort and time required to obtain health services.
