ABU DHABI, 17 JANUARY / WAM / The Federal Tax Authority announced its cooperation with Abu Dhabi Global Academy to exchange experiences and keep abreast of developments in areas of mutual interest, provide specialized education in the field of taxation for new graduates of the country’s citizens, provide opportunities for practical training and employ distinguished individuals, and consolidate a culture of innovation.
The announcement of the cooperation at Abu Dhabi Global Academy came in the presence of His Excellency Khalid Ali Al Bustani, Director General of the Federal Tax Authority, His Excellency Hamad Sayyah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Global Academy (ADGMA), Jassim Ibrahim Haddad, Executive Director of the Support Services Sector at the Federal Tax Authority, and Abdullah Al Suwaidi, Member of the Board of Directors. His Excellency Khaled Al-Bustani said that this step opens new horizons for cooperation between the two sides to contribute to further improving the professional competencies of workers in the tax field and related sectors, through developing academic and tax training content that is characterized by accuracy and effectiveness, as the Federal Tax Authority is keen to strengthen its strategic partnerships with entities. The government and private sectors, and educational institutions, for their essential role in the successful implementation of the tax system, which contributes to supporting the UAE’s vision of increasing reliance on the knowledge economy, and relying on effective tools to evaluate and develop talent.
He added that this company provides an effective framework for cooperation between the two sides to enhance tax culture and encourage continuous learning in the tax field, in line with the Authority’s plans to establish a tax environment that encourages compliance in accordance with the best standards of governance and transparency.
His Excellency Hamad Sayyah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abu Dhabi Global Academy, affirmed the joint commitment to nurturing the next generation of distinguished professionals in the field of taxation, as Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy works to provide internationally accredited training and certification programs that provide the country’s citizens with the necessary experience to succeed in the advanced financial sector. .
