The board of directors of the company decided "Aqaseem Factory for the manufacture of chemicals and plastics"Today, Sunday, Muhammad Al-Dossari was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Faisal Al-Zahrani, Deputy, for the Board’s session that began on December 17 and ends on December 16, 2029.
The Board decided at the same meeting to form an audit committee from: Ibrahim Al-Muqahim, Hassan Bakhmis, and Hisham bin Muqrin, as stated in a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading".
The meeting also witnessed the appointment of Hisham bin Muqrin as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, with Anas Aba Al-Khail and Faisal Al-Zahrani as members.
A Secretary to the Board of Directors was also appointed, in addition to the appointment of representatives of the Aqaseem Factory Company for the manufacture of chemical and plastic materials at the Capital Market Authority; And the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
