The occupation government ratifies the ceasefire agreement in Gaza

Early on Saturday morning, the occupation cabinet approved a ceasefire agreement in Gaza and the release of dozens of hostages, which halts the war that has been ongoing for 15 months.
The agreement is a step to end the bloodiest and most destructive fighting. The ceasefire – the second agreement reached during the war – is expected to begin tomorrow, Sunday.

Mediators Egypt, Qatar and the United States announced a ceasefire on Wednesday, but the agreement remained suspended for more than a day, as occupation Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu claimed that there were complications at the last minute.
