The performance of the Egyptian Stock Exchange indices varied at the close of trading today.
The market capitalization of companies listed on the stock exchange gained about one billion pounds, reaching the level of 2.220 trillion pounds, amid total transactions amounting to about 16.57 billion pounds.

The main index of the Stock Exchange () decreased by 0.37%, reaching the level of 29,619.39 points, while the index of small and medium stocks (EGX70) rose by 0.49%, reaching the level of 8,371.42 points.
Increases also included the broader EGX index, which increased by about 0.23% to reach the level of 11,475.58 points.
