“Tenders”: 125.7 million dinars awarded to 49 government agencies during December

The Tenders and Auctions Board announced the total number of awards issued to 49 government agencies during the month of December 2025, which amounted to 125.7 million dinars, and the Ministry of Public Works had the largest share of the amounts of these awards, with approximately 77 million dinars, as well as in the number of awards, as the Ministry was awarded 38 awards between tenders, extensions and change orders, followed by BAPCO Gas Company with two awards, with a total of 8.7 million. Dinar, and Bapco Refining, with 26 awards.

The National Bureau of Revenue received two awards with a total of 209 thousand dinars, 3 tenders were awarded to the General Poultry Company with a total of 1.3 million dinars, one award to the Supreme Council for the Environment worth 30 thousand dinars, 4 awards to the Supreme Council of Health with a total of 1.3 million dinars, 3 awards to government hospitals with a total of 480 thousand dinars, and two awards to the General Sports Authority with a total of 148 thousand dinars. The same was awarded to Bapco Energies with a total of 768 thousand dinars, 5 awards to Bapco Exploration and Production Company with a total of 2.2 million dinars, and 26 awards to Bapco Refining Company with a total of 7.8 million dinars.

4 tenders were also awarded to the Bahrain Internet Switch with a total of 318 thousand dinars, one award to the Housing Bank with a value of 420 thousand dinars, 5 awards to the Bahrain Polytechnic with a total of 214 thousand dinars, 4 awards to the University of Bahrain with a total of 42 thousand dinars, one award to the Survey and Land Registry Authority with a value of 270 thousand dinars, and two awards to the Bahrain International Circuit with a total of 113 thousand dinars, and the same. Bapco supplied a supply worth 249 thousand dinars.

The total value of two awards to Bapco Gas Company amounted to 8.7 million dinars, while the value of one award to the Belaj Al-Jazair Real Estate Development Company amounted to 40 thousand dinars, another to the Bahrain Airport Company amounted to 164 thousand dinars, the total of two awards to the Mumtalakat Company amounted to 303 thousand dinars, 3 awards to the Labor Fund (Tamkeen) with a total of 421 thousand dinars, 3 awards to Gulf Air with a total of 1.4 million dinars, and one award to the Economic Development Board amounted to 303 thousand dinars. 64 thousand dinars, and 4 awards to the Shura Council, for a total of 743 thousand dinars.

One tender was awarded to the House of Representatives with a total of 69 thousand dinars, 3 awards to primary health care centers with a total of 151 thousand dinars, one award to the National Contact Center worth 91 thousand dinars, the same to the Bahrain International Exhibition Center worth 200 thousand dinars, and 4 awards to the Dana Theater with a total of 1.3 million dinars. One tender was also awarded to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority at a value of 48 thousand dinars, the same to the Rashid Equestrian Club at a value of 113 thousand dinars, two awards to the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities for a total of 422 thousand dinars, one award to the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority at a value of 98 thousand dinars, the same to the Urban Planning and Development Authority at a value of 81 thousand dinars, and 9 awards to the Electricity and Water Authority with a total of 1.1 million dinars. And 3 awards to the Information and e-Government Authority, with a total of 2.1 million dinars, and one award to the Communications Regulatory Authority, worth 56 thousand dinars.

The Labor Market Regulatory Authority received 9 awards for a total of 258 thousand dinars, the Education and Training Quality Authority received one award worth 3,800 dinars, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning received 3 awards for a total of 5 million dinars, the Ministry of Works received 38 awards for a total of 76.8 million dinars, the Ministry of Information received two awards for a total of 134 thousand dinars, the Ministry of Education received two awards for a total of 2.2 million dinars, and the Ministry Social Development received two awards for a total of 3.2 million dinars, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs received 7 awards for a total of 2.5 million dinars, the Ministry of Industry and Trade received one award worth 102 thousand dinars, the Ministry of Justice received an award worth 14 thousand dinars, the Ministry of Transportation and Communications received two awards for a total of 30 thousand dinars, and the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture received 4 awards for a total of 270 thousand dinars.
