The United Nations Humanitarian Coordinator in Palestine thanks Egypt and Qatar for their role in the ceasefire

The United Nations Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Palestine, Muhannad Hadi, today, Tuesday, expressed his thanks to the mediators in the ceasefire agreement and the tireless efforts made by Egypt and Qatar, saying: “They are now reaping the fruits of what has been achieved over the past months.”
Hadi stressed – during a press conference in the city of Deir Al-Balah – the importance of strengthening the work of international institutions during the coming period in partnership with local community organizations and organizations. The other sectors, indicating that there are large sectors that need support, such as the health, education, nutrition, psychological support and provision of assistance in shelter centres.
The UN coordinator called for the provision of the necessary aid to assist the people of Gaza in the reconstruction process so that families can return to their homes. , stressing that the people of Gaza are in dire need of humanitarian aid
