Abu Dhabi Museums welcome visitors on Eid Al Fitr with cultural programs and interactive experiences

Abu Dhabi, March 21 / WAM / During the Happy Eid Al Fitr, Abu Dhabi’s museums and cultural landmarks welcomed visitors of different nationalities with a variety of interactive activities and programs that combine knowledge and entertainment.
The Saadiyat Cultural District highlighted this experience. It provided rich and diverse programs that meet the interests of different age groups, with a focus on direct interaction with arts and heritage.
Zayed National Museum presented the “Eid Joy” event as part of a community program to celebrate the “Year of the Family 2026” and included live performances of traditional performing arts such as “Al-Ayyala,” “Al-Harbiyah,” and “Al-Habban,” in addition to falconry, weaving, and perfume-making displays, interactive workshops and traditional game experiences, and documentary and cinematic film screenings.
The event also included Emirati culinary experiences and corners to document Eid memories, in addition to the “Visions Without Borders” and “Sensory Journeys” programs dedicated to people of determination, to enhance inclusivity and make cultural experiences available to all.
Louvre Abu Dhabi provided an integrated cultural experience during the Eid holiday through international exhibitions and interactive guided tours, in addition to artistic workshops and family activities inspired by its collections that shed light on the history of humanity and the convergence of civilizations.
TeamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi also allowed visitors to experience immersive, multi-sensory artistic experiences in which the elements of light, sound and movement harmonize within innovative interactive works, including “Massless Suns and Dark Suns” and “Huge Blocks in the Root Garden”, which added an innovative dimension to the Eid experience.
The rest of the cultural landmarks witnessed a remarkable presence, including the Natural History Museum, which provided interactive educational experiences that shed light on the history of the Earth and biodiversity, in addition to the upcoming Guggenheim Museum Abu Dhabi, which reflects the emirate’s future ambition to consolidate its position as a global center for modern and contemporary arts.
Families flocked to these cultural destinations to spend enjoyable times combining entertainment and knowledge, while benefiting from live show programmes, creative activities and guided tours in both Arabic and English.
